Christopher Trentine, President of CBT Construction and Development, founded the company in 2007 with a clear vision rooted in a client focused service. Trentine was raised in the Florida Keys, giving him a deep understanding of the communities’ values. His mission is to provide an enjoyable experience for his clients at every stage of the process. He earned his Business Marketing degree from Florida Atlantic University and later obtained his general contractor’s and roofing licenses. Chris brings two decades of industry experience to CBT Construction and Development, specializing in residential, commercial, and remodeling projects. He takes pride in bringing each client’s vision to life while ensuring the process is organized, transparent, and most importantly, enjoyable. No client is ever treated as just a number, the focus remains on quality, attention to detail, and achieving a final product that exceeds expectations.
Beyond the job site, Christopher Trentine remains deeply invested in the community, driven by a passionate work ethic and a belief in giving back. His involvement includes the Upper Keys Rotary Club, Habitat for Humanity of the Upper Keys, the Islamorada Fishing Club, Conch Scramble and many other local organizations. Being able to live, work, and help build others’ dreams in the Florida Keys is a privilege that continues to inspire both his professional approach and community-minded values.
