We are very excited to break ground on our largest project to date! Construction of the 16-units on Windley Key is expected to begin in July!
The units will be 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhomes with parking under neath, concrete floors, walls, metal roof, impact doors and windows. Eight of the units will be home ownership, and the others will be rentals. There will also be a 2,000 sqft commercial building that will likely be a Habitat ReStore serving the Islamorada area.
